You should NOT share your User ID and Password with any other individual. Each user must have their own user account. Access to the website can be terminated if the User Acceptance Agreement is violated.

Use your Vital Records account to log in. If you do not have an account, please use the Side Menu to register a new account.
Passwords are case-sensitive. After 3 failed attempts, within 15 minutes, your account will be locked out, and you will either need to contact your Master Account holder to unlock your account or use the Reset Password feature.
